Benefits Offered to Arcadier Customers
RDP will be available for merchants in these regions: Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. They are able to tailor payment solutions to your needs; they provide a blended rate and believe in transparency in their pricing (no hidden fees!).
Arcadier is the referral partner with RDP underwriting the merchant. Hence, it is subjective to RDP's approval when on-boarding Arcadier's merchant.

Red Dot Payment's mission is to deliver customised and innovative end-to-end payment solutions for their customers to pay seamlessly, swiftly, and securely.
Red Dot Payment is currently not pre-integrated into Arcadier Marketplaces. However, you can utilise the Custom Payment feature to integrate RDP to your marketplace. You may bring your own developer or engage one of Arcadier's Expert Partners to help you with the integration.

Red Dot Payment is currently only available in the Asia Pacific region. To avoid confusion for all of Arcadier's users who elect to utilise Red Dot Payment but are outside these countries, Arcadier has not pre-integrated Red Dot Payment into the system for now.
