In early 2013, Paul, a successful technopreneur, joined Dinuke and Ken, who were both senior executives of PayPal, to start Arcadier. Collectively, they have more than 60 years of experience in technology, ecommerce, marketplaces and online payments. Initially, they focused on creating a multi-merchant online-to-offline experience for consumers, partnering banks and other payment companies. They were the first to enable PayPal users to transact using their PayPal wallets in major physical retail stores in Asia.
However, as more and more people became aware of their ability to aggregate sellers and buyers, they started getting numerous requests to build online multi-vendor marketplaces. From then, they knew they were on to something bigger! There was a growing demand for online marketplace technology but it was complex and out of reach for most. Arcadier soon became known to entrepreneurs, companies, governments, associations and brands alike, as the preferred partner to develop business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C) as well as consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplaces globally. Arcadier has been able to provide these sophisticated services quickly and inexpensively and is now on the path to worldwide exponential growth.
Today, Arcadier is the word's leading marketplace technology company, serving customers from more than 180 countries. Our vision is to make complex technology attainable for customers small or large and across a broad industry spectrum.
