Since every marketplace use-case is unique, our deployments vary in integration depth, governance complexity, and managed services scope. The scoping conversation is where we establish what your deployment actually requires and what it should cost.

Some organisations prefer a variable GMV fee over flat licence fees. We are open to a lower licence offset by a variable transaction component. Flat licensing is our default because we believe it is the fairer long-term model, but if your situation genuinely calls for something different, that conversation happens in scoping.

We agree the triggers with you at the outset, typically tied to growth in platform usage, scope, or deployment complexity. When your marketplace hits one of those milestones, the licence steps to the next agreed tranche. You know every trigger before you sign, and we review progress at each QBR so nothing catches either side off guard.
